About our Company

Avila have been supplying leg bands for about four years.

We originally started out getting some bands for our own birds. At the time I bred silkies, and they all looked the same. I put the left overs up for sale and they were quickly gone.

So we purchased more, and have been growing ever since.

The silkies have gone. We now breed pekins. Our neibours prefer them as they are quieter. And our business has evolved. What started out as a small sideline on Trademe (with over a thousand positive feedbacks)  became MKB Poultry, which became Avila Limited.

And here we are now. With the largest range of cage bird, avarian and poultry leg tags anywhere!

Terms and conditions

 

• Payment can be made with Credit Card (via Paypal) or bank deposit in New Zealand and Australia.
• Exchanges for plain rings are okay, but we do not refund postage costs.
• Postage is calculated at the checkout, but is usually around $1.50 for all orders.
• There is no minimum or maximum quantities.
• A trade discount applies to bona fide businesses and government departments. If you think you may qualify, please ask.
